It feels like, although not necessarily an accurate feeling, that I became truly aware of myself only in the last few weeks.

I have in my lifetime been diagnosed with various different disorders:

• Diagnosed A.D.H.D. sometime in my elementary years
• Diagnosed Major Depression in College - although the effects had been present for as long as I can remember
• Diagnosed Social Anxiety in College - although the effects had been present for as long as I can remember
• Diagnosed Scoliosis at age 40 -…

In March of 2015 I went to the ER as recommended by my GP. Apparently symptoms he had been monitoring had become more pronounced. I began to see and hear things that were not there again. I used to think that I was speaking to ghosts. But apparently that is a symptomatic part of being Bipolar.

Once I arrived in the ER I spoke to the attending Nurses at the desk. I gave them the letter from my GP which indicated that I wanted to speak to a Psychiatrist due to symptom changes over the course of a few weeks…
